I love a 5 start hotel and although this wasn’t one it was acceptable. Didn’t receive any help with the luggage on the way in so that was strange, then when we asked for on the way out, it took forever and to delay our departure. Beds very comfortable, hotel very clean. Pool so/so, hot tub not that hot and not nice enough to go in but fine if you don’t have high standards. Gym was decent. Sauna was very nice. Spa services and staff were awesome. Also to note Amy at concierge is outstanding and gave me five star service, she is a star.

Nice enough hotel, just getting a little tired but it wasn’t too bad. Spa locker rooms could use some TLC as could the gym but it was fine. Hot tub wasn’t that hot and was kind of cheap looking. Nobody helped us with our bags upon arrival so that was disappointing … And it took a lot of attempts to get help with the baggage when we were leaving, but it got done… Other than that Amy concierge was truly outstanding! I also had an incredible spa service in their spa.

The staff were super friendly - especially in the morning for breakfast! The room and hotel itself was in great condition and the club amenities were fantastic. It was great being able to go have a little snack and beverage. Very clean, great location and a very nice view from the hotel.
Some canapés and a cider for Happy Hour(s). Super staff there too!

Perfect hotel and location to convention centre

Check in was a little slow but after that, everything was perfect. The best location to the convention centre and the city. Concierge staff and basically all staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The spa and salon are top-notched and reasonably priced. Simply one of my best hotels!
