Suprise upgrade, excellent room and staff.
I had originally booked a small single room but was upgraded to a junior room with acess to the lounge. I was absolutely delighted. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I'd recommend. The staff were great as well. My only suggestion would be to make it more eco friendly would be to have the option to switch on and off the fridge.

A well located Hotel to discover Copenhagen from. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful throughout our Stay. Plenty of Craft Beer Microbreweries and Pubs within walking distance as Restaurants.

It was ok, average. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was very well located. The not so nice bits include the plumbing, the toilet flush and bathtub as much as the heated flooring in the bathroom was welcome.
