One of the most beautiful and ornate hotels I've ever stayed in. Gorgeously presented and as clean as anywhere I've ever been. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. I'm going back to see more of Budapest and I know where I'm staying!!

Great hotel, location is great to explore Budapest, facilities are amazing, spa is a must, if you can get concert tickets for onsite theatre that would be great. A small comment about steam room which was broken for our 4 days stay, and a small comment about cleaning in rooms that needs to improve. I would still go again there.
