The entire Hacienda was magnificent. I’ve stayed in some pretty nice places, but this place was next level. It’s amazingly preserved, holds the charm and character of history everywhere you look. The staff are so nice and I can’t speak Spanish but we had lots of fun using the iPhone translators. The horses and animals are well kept and healthy, the owner Monica whom I got to meet and spend time with, made me feel part of their Mexican family :)

This place is absolutely beautiful. It's been wonderfully restored and it was a delight to stay here. Make sure you stay more than one night, due to other parts of our trip we were only able to stay one night and didn't get to take full advantage of the property. Definitely leave time to explore the grounds. Our only disappointment about the facilities is that the outdoor pool and hot tub were closed even though it didn't say anything about it on the website and they didn't mention it to us (we were there in March).

Excellent property. The property is family friendly, however there is a complete wing of the hacienda that is adults only, which is not specified when booking through Expedia. The adult-only area is much more luxurious than the family-friendly rooms.
