Great hotel with a super friendly staff in a great location. Fabulous breakfast and nice amenities. It is perfectly located for touring Milan.

6/10 Good

The staff was very helpful and hard working. Breakfast was only medium, not worthy of a five star hotel. Water pressure in the shower was pretty bad.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel. One small elevator. Dining/bar area disappointing. Small with no bar to sit at and much wasted unused space. A drawback. Room and people very nice.

I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. It’s walking distance from the main attractions and shopping. Staff were helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast variety. The stairwell is so beautiful, I enjoyed using it instead of the lift, though there are other floors beyond the stairwell that can only be accessed via the elevator. All round, 10/10.

The room was very spacious. The shower was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful in all aspects-even preparing us a breakfast to go for the ride to the airport at 5:30 am.
