Beautiful unique colonial era room. The cleanliness was of a very high standard and the breakfast was one of the most memorable aspects of the stay. Location is perfect as it’s a close stroll to anything in the old quarter.

We already miss it already! My husband and I's favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel in itself is an experience from the soiree's they have to the fun themed rooms themselves. The food is excellent as well as they are Michelin recommended. Perfect for those looking for a unique spunky hotel that has aesthetics taking you back to the Roaring 20s.

Excellent property but nothing else is good around it. Convenient since it connects you to Fansipas internally. Not much dining options. View given to us from our room was awful. Pool is amazing.

Exceptional. We came from Hotel Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and this was just another level. I think it was my best experience at a Hotel ever. Very Nice bars and restaurant. Truly a top experience from the time you entered to you left.

Simply outstanding and over the top service !

We booked a junior suite for our one night stay and arrived to an upgrade to a Royal Opera Suite. This should be a six star hotel. The attention to detail in the design, service and Michelin star restaurant was incredible. Just can’t say enough about our truly memorable experience.

It was very comfortable. Since my birthday was near, I also received a celebratory cake. I was also grateful for the attention . I would like to make a reservation again next year.

4/10 Fair

Was expecting way more after having a really nice experience in Sydney’s Capella. This is way overpriced at $800 (and it’s the off season), locally and internationally. This should be closer to $200. The gym was horribly equipped. The noise isolation in rooms is garbage — you can hear the loud traffic loudly in some rooms. Internet connection is spotty, it constantly timeouts. The staff is nice and attentive without overpushing. The design is quite distinctive. Didn’t click for me, but maybe someone will appreciate it.

We are a family consisting of four members, and it is with great pleasure that we share our experience at your esteemed establishment. Our stay at this hotel has undoubtedly been one of the most remarkable experiences we have encountered during our travels. The level of service we received, characterized by fine attentions and meticulous care to every detail, was truly exceptional. This was made possible by the dedicated staff, whose commitment to excellence ensured that each member of our family felt not only welcomed but indeed better than we do in the comfort of our own home. Furthermore, the culinary offerings at your restaurant were nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a testament to the skill and creativity of your chefs, providing us with a dining experience that will linger in our memories for years to come. Additionally, the location of the hotel proved to be exceptionally safe and conducive for leisurely walks, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the abundance of care and attention you have bestowed upon us throughout our stay. Your efforts have not only met but exceeded our expectations, and we are sincerely thankful for the way you looked after us during our time at your hotel. Once again, thank you for an unforgettable experience. We look forward to the opportunity of returning in the future.
