The staff were very friendly and helpful. My concierge, Cesar was great and made sure we had everything we needed.. This hotel complex has a few buffets with good variety of food, the restaurants were not that great with the exception of the Hibachi which was phenomenal. Plenty of activities during the day and night. Overall, great place to vacation.

The staff was great especially Joel aka “Tutti Frutti”, he made our experience that much better :) they have their entertainment team always working on something and every day we were there for the whole week there was an event or showing going on that kept things interesting. All the wait staff was very nice, the room was very nice and the hotel was pretty clean. Right on the beach with a snack bar overlooking the beach. 10/10 stay!

Staying in this resort was the best part of our vacation!! Highly recommend! So many dining choices. Beach front property. The spa experience was great. Housecleaning staff clean your room almost 2-3x a day or whenever you need it. They also have swim up bars with multiple pools to choose from. Very nice landscaping. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Luis was the concierge staff assigned to Expedia guests. He was responsive and professional. He ensured that our vacation was special and we were treated very well! I picked this resort because of the Baby Club services. My one-year old daughter had a blast with the Baby Club staff and they took amazing care of her. Carome was her 1:1 teacher and she was so attentive to her, which was a relief as I took some mommy time at the spa and the beach. I highly recommend!

Luis Mateo was our host and he did everything right for me and my son from the time we came in to the time we were leaving. Whenever he saw us on the property he would ask us if everything was good and if we need anything. So far this was the best host we ever had. We wanna say thank to him and everyone else. Also everything in Palladium in general was awesome. We been to this property before and we will come back again.

I would like to mention that Expedia representative at the property, Luis was very helpful. He went extra miles to make sure for our staying would be comfortable and memorable. The buffet restaurant at the property during the lunch was madness. The staffs were working so hard non stop but it clearly understaffs with overcrowded. So we visited Poseidon restaurant at Palace instead for lunch and it was peaceful. Overall, all the staffs at the properties were friendly and helpful. We had great time. Thank you!
