The motel is located in a very interesting and walkable district of San Francisco, Presidio. This is the only good thing about it. The motel itself did not meet our expectations in any way. The room was tiny to the point the three of us could not move freely. It was very stuffy , almost suffocating. Though the air is cool and nice in SF especially at night , we could not open the windows, because the motel is very noisy . People are walking by late at night or early morning without thinking that others might be sleeping and talking loudly, you feel they are in your room. Another kind of noise was from traffic . There is a stop sign next to motel , so everybody makes a full stop ( you can hear the breaks ), then accelerates ( sometimes very sharp). So we tried to close the windows and use AC. Not a good idea : the AC is extremely old , huge noise from it and it’s located next to the bed where the pillow is, so you can “enjoy” the loud noise and cold coming from AC straight to your head. Breakfast is funny. Tiny little pastries ( fresh and tasty though) , tiny cups of coffee, and all of it in a tiny lobby you cannot stay in because of its size , but have to go to the room, where there is no place to eat! We were so frustrated with our experience, being absolutely tired and broken after a sleepless night and stuffy room. Will never come there again . Overpriced motel which spoilt our impressions about gorgeous San Francisco.

Dont say I didnt warn you! Stay away!!!
Guy asked for 50 dollars after returning a cash deposit because he lied and stated there was makeup on the toilet. After leaving a few hrs later 2 point of sale charges were illegally made at this destination and address. Police and bank have been notified. Hotel was dirty with stains on carpet and blood on shower tiles as well. Bed was just a box spring as well I'm pretty sure. Unless u want to have your checking account stolen from do not stay here!!!

Exceptional 10.0
Great value and amazing location!
This hotel is in an amazing area! Right next to the Presidio Gate, and with two excellent eateries right next door, it's the perfect location for a SF vacay. It's also right on the bus line for those who would rather not deal with a car. We mainly stayed here because it was close to an event we were attending near the Palace of Fine Arts. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The Golden Gate bridge is only a couple of miles away and it's a beautiful walk. We also walked to Fisherman's Wharf, again an easy couple of miles. The front desk was friendly and the room was clean with a fridge and comfy bed. Coffee, juice, and very good pastries were served each morning in the front office, and it was enough to get us on the road. The price was very reasonable for SF on a long weekend. We didn't use the free parking but it was well lit and close to the rooms. We'll stay here again!

Very Good 8.0
This place was pretty decent. Clean and cute rooms. They have a nice pastry, fruits and beverage breakfast selection. Good location. We caught it at a good low rate per night. The only thing we didn’t like is the parking. The booking site stated FREE parking but we ended up having to park a fee streets away overnight due to the lack of stalls being available at the INN. EXTREMELY limited spaces. We’d stay again for sure though😊

Beautiful San Francisco again, - never tire of it
This is our 3rd stay - we are Aussies and love SanFrancisco. The property has been family owned and run for a very long time, and they know their job well. D is a treat on the desk (and all other positions), kind and just a nice guy (but give him time his English is so-so). It is also great value for the $$ - the pastries for the breakfast are superb, enough to get u started, the breakfast setup overall is very efficient. There is walking noise from above, this didn't disturb us but it depends on who is up there. Our room was at the back of the property, very quiet as away from the busy traffic and hoon drivers. This area is terrific - the Lombard gate to Paradiso is a very short walk, there are myriad restaurants and bars, the neighbourhood is good, (there are more homeless than we have seen before, but what can they do?). You can eat cheap or expensive which is a great mix. 3 cheers for IAGG, we love it.
