Nice hotel with central location. Hard beds.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice hotel close to the centre of Jerez and within walking distance of the main attractions. It's a bit dated and could do with a refurb but it suited us fine as we were only staying for one night. It has a nice foyer and breakfast room. Selection at breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

8/10 Very good

We had a superior room with balcony on the 4th floor The room was quite big but felt poorly designed, with standard fittings being put in places where they didn't really fit, making the room feel smaller than it actually is, with a shortage of surface areas. On the positive side though, the bed and pillows were top notch - we slept like babies, and the balcony with outdoor furniture was probably the best we have ever had. In the end, the positives massively outweighed the negatives.

6/10 Good

Not 4* hotel . Very dated. The bar is not well laid out and quite uncomfortable to sit in . The location is excellent but the Hotel isn’t To Far far from other 4* Hotels that say 3 or 4 hundred metres from the centre and have pools .not much difference all easy access to the town . One receptionist is worth a mention she was helpful when I chose to extend my stay but I had to pay more than if I bought a room on the company site . I couldnt bothered arguing so I sucked it up like a nice little guest . Not 4*might even struggle to be 3* Their are very good 4* hotels nearby which will show on Hotels.com search .

6/10 Good

Great location. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A kettle/coffee maker in the room would be nice. For a hotel this size I had expected a bar in the hotel
