Everyone was very nice and courteous… the pools are heated, hot tubs are nice. Everything throughout the resort was kept tidy and was very inviting. The only thing I will suggest is for you to go up to the information booth for suggestions for traveling or amenities on the property as some staff will not be helpful to ask. Breakfast was free if you sign up for a timeshare (which really holds some great offers) introduction to the resort, which you don’t have to pay for, just participate for 90minutes… mine took longer than that but I did have some questions and they really tried to sell me. Overall a great experience.

The property is huge. The lobby is beautiful and the employees were very welcoming. We booked a 1 bedroom as we wanted space for our infant to move about in his walker. When checking in we were told we had been upgraded! We ended up in a two room two bath. So much room! It was nice and seemed recently renovated. The kitchen fully equipped was so useful! There’s a Walmart practically across the street that we were able to get groceries from. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom shower was great! Another plus, very close to parks! We will definitely book again.

The 1 bedroom suite was amazing with so much room and the kitchen facilities great. We liked the Mexican Restaurant and the Ice Cream Parlor. The golf cart shuttle to the pools were efficient and helpful.
