We recently stayed at this property and overall, the hotel itself is quite nice. The rooms were spacious and clean, which we appreciated, but the mattresses left much to be desired—you could actually feel the springs, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the service at the poolside restaurant. On both days, our orders were either messed up or forgotten. One day, after waiting over an hour, we had to cancel because our food never arrived. For the price we paid to stay here, I really expected a much smoother experience.
The property has potential, but the service and attention to detail definitely need improvement.
