4/10 Fair

The Good: Hotel breakfast was pretty nice for a continental breakfast. The location was right in center of downtown Keene. The Bad: It's an old building and there were folks jumping and running upstairs that woke us up at 12am, it lasted for a long time. I think the summer weekends are really busy and can be loud with foot traffic and noise. The rooms are old and need a facelift soon.
