The location of this hotel is fantastic, as is the rooftop pool. These are the two best parts of the hotel. The customer service was not good and the rooms are not in very good condition. The check in was wildly slow and later than the 3:00 time promised. They have checkout at noon but neglect to tell you that you absolutely cannot use any of the facilities after you check out. We wanted to buy lunch at the pool and wait for our 3:00 uber and they said absolutely not! I have never experienced that before. In short the prior reviews do not really tell whole the story. This is much more like a 3 star hotel with a rather unfriendly and unhelpful staff. As long as you know this and don't really mind, then for sure the location and rooftop pool are wonderful!!
