This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we had another lovely short break. We had a pool facing room which was lovely. The resturant food was excellent, plenty of choice and The La Gioconda resturant was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We frequently used the cafeteria La Griego. All the staff are friendly and make you very welcome. We like the location of the hotel as it is a nice walk to the shops and beach. We will definately return. T

The accommodation is awful. Food terrible. Worst hotel I have stayed in in a long time. Pool area terrible. There’s nothing positive I have to say. No onsite parking cost me€180 to park.

Nice hotel close to shops and public transport ( train from the airport passes through a station just a few minutes away)… but a bit of a walk down a steep path to the beach. Inclusive deal is great and includes access to a beach club with free bar, snacks and lunch.

The hotel was ok and staff were friendly and helpful but mealtimes were very busy. Very little room to walk between tables and it was so busy the staff couldnt clear tables quick enough to seat the waiting people as hard as they tried. After placing coffees on a table i went to get breakfast, when i returned someone had taken my chair. It got chaotic on times with people pushing into queues to get food . Same thing happens in bar there is not enough tables and chairs for people to watch shows and that resulted in grumpy pushy people trying to force chairs in front us blocking us in i found this too stressful and i got up and left and did not go in there again during our stay. There can be a long wait for the lift as alot of people need to get to and from higher floors to restaurant etc.

Lovely Hotel ,but with one Major Problem

This was our 3rd time staying at this Hotel,and it was just what we expected ,lovely Staff and very good food,but with one Major exception , we expected as before the Hotel Air Condition would be on ,and as a Asthma Suffer I need Aircon ,We were told by Reseption that it would not be on until May, but we stayed the same week last year without this problem,We love this Hotel but would not stay there again if the Aircon was not on

Awful hotel, pleasant staff in bar / restaurant

The hotel is not a 4* hotel and in my opinion would be lucky to pass as a 3* hotel. Overall, the stay was awful. The security guard was very rude as well. The hotel staff in the bars and restaurants were pleasant and friendly. The hotel is dated and in need of a full refurb. The food in the restaurant and drinks were passable but by no means a 4* hotel / environment. The pool was chaotic and too small an area for the size of hotel. At 9am, it was a free for all with sunloungers stacked and you had to set up yourself, which is pretty dangerous, especially for older individuals. Will not return.

Location: - The property is in a good location and within walking distance for Torremolinos town centre. Hotel Room: - The room we stayed in had a limited view of the Beach in the distance and other apartments close by. It was very basic and needed painting and decorating to freshen it up. The room was dusty on the wooden furniture when we arrived and I cleaned off what I could using disinfectant wipes, and it was not done again by the cleaning staff for the whole 2 weeks that we stayed there. The bed sheets were not changed for the time we stayed there, and the hand wash gel ran out after the 2nd day of our stay and was not replaced at all. We had to go out and buy more from a local shop. The toilet roll was not replaced often enough and we had to ask for more from the cleaner. Our room was not vacuumed or mopped out and it seemed that the only daily service we got was a change of towels and that was it. Bar Service: At busy times, the main bar service for drinks was inadequate and only manned by one person for most of the time. This person served really slow and sometimes would be engaged chatting and joking with customers, rather than serving the drinks to try to get the queue down. Food: - The food for Breakfast, Lunch and Evening became monotonous for the 2 weeks we were there and was of very average quality. It was always warm and should be a lot better for a 4* hotel Conclusion: - This hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay, but I would not stay here again.

En meget middelmådig oplevelse ift hotellet er 4-stjernet. Da vi ankommer, er vores værelse ikke klar, vi måtte vente omkring 2 timer på at få vores værelse. Vi havde i forvejen stået i en meget lang kø i receptionen til check-in, ca (45min) og da vores værelse endeligt var klart, måtte vi stå i kø igen for at få værelset. Værelset var som sådan fint nok, vi vendte mod hotellet pool område, og derfor var en en del støj, specielt fra underholdningen som starter kl 22 om aftenen. Vi ville gerne se en film om aftenen, men tv’et på hotellet er indstillet til vol 15, og det var derfor ikke til at høre noget som helst. Maden i buffeten er det værste flap-mad jeg har været udsat for. I 14 dage var det det samme flap-mad som blev serveret i buffeten hver eneste dag. Mangel på frisk frugt. Ingen ris at finde. Og kædet har helt sikkert været fra fryseskabet som man kan købe det fra et supermarked. Min partner og jeg, spiste ude hver dag, på trods af vi bestilte all inkl for at spare lidt på maden. Buffeten var det som vi var mest skuffet over. - De sidste 5 dage ville vi opgradere vores værelse til bjergudsigt, for det var ikke længere til at holde ud, og der var de meget søde i receptionen, og gav os faktisk et værelse på den anden side på 10. Etage. Hvilket var skønt. Dog findes der kun 2 elevatorer på denne side, og med alle de mennesker var der altid meget kø samt ventetid på elevatoren. Den ene elevator var i al tiden. Man kunne let vente 15 min på den hver vej. - god beliggenhed

Dårligt besøg.

Gamle værelser, gulvet var gået fra hinanden flere steder. Der stank af røg på værelset. Sengene var yderst dårlige, benene var så løse at det at ligge sig i sengen var ret så træls. Der var sølvfisk/skægkræ på badeværelset. Der er mange fine valgmuligheder ved maden. Dog var den 80% af tiden kold. Der ud over virker nødudgangene ikke korrekt og da brandalarmen gik ( som var en fejl) kunne vi slet ikke komme ned. Vi blev nød til at tage trappen en etage op. Også tage elevatorerne ned. Roomservice tager også hele tiden håndklæderne men efterlader ikke nogen igen. Til trods for man ligger dem så de ikke skal tage dem. Drinks fra pool baren var dog perfekte! :)
