No, No hotel
There is no AC in the rooms , so we could not sleep at all because the temperature was over 30 degrees inside. Also, the room’s window was facing a major road, so the noise was incredibly loud. Pay some extra money and find better hotel and there are plenty around.

Exceptional 10.0
Comfy bed
Nice comfy bed, the key a little difficult to figure out at first, and everything was clean except the carpet several spots on it. The towels were clean but rough. Young ladies reception were very nice but if they offer to make you an espresso be aware you will be charged. Grossly overpriced for k cup coffee not a real espresso.
Barbara, us1 night trip
Good 6.0
Clean, neat rooms but uncomfortable mattress and rather slow WiFi. No amenities in the room (i.e. safe, ice bucket/refrigerator, tea kettle). Decent location near town center and Brussels Nord train station.

Fair 4.0
Extremely shabby and run down hotel
This hotel needs a makeover. My room was very shabby, stained carpet, marks all over the walls, old furniture, stains on the lamp covers, paper thin towels, NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. If I were the owner of this business, I would be ashamed to put a guest in this room. The hotel has a lot of potential, but someone needs to put some money and effort into updating it. The only thing this hotel has going for it is friendly and helpful staff. Not worth what I paid at all.

Very Good 8.0
Good and clean hotel located very close to Grand Place. Staff was warm and friendly. It’s about a 3 minute walk from a subway stop, so conveniently located. A good amount of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. I would easily stay again.
