This was a lovely small hotel, located very close to a main avenue and a short walking distance from a metro stop. Helpful front of house staff, very clean room and comfortable bed.

Great locations, helpful staff, good-sized room. I wanted to like this place when I booked it, and I was not disappointed. We found an excellent Pizzeria a few blocks down Louisa Ave We did not partake in the breakfast, but it looked good. This place was a little quirky and great, just like Bruxelles.

I was welcomed very nicely. Got my room before check-in started with a smile. So felt very welcome. Other staff members I met were all very good. The hotel of course is not a 5* hotel, but the room was nice, but if you can not do stairs this is not a hotel for you as the elevator stops kinda in between floors and you have to take a few steps on relatively steep stairs. But for the money, location and specifically nice staff this was a very good buy. It is not my first stay at the Zoom and definetly not my last (usually do 3-4 trips to Brussels a year.

Upon leaving the entrance you see there are many non Belgian people everywhere and harassing people. The location in the city is close to the center
