6/10 Good

The room was clean and breakfast was good. The staff were nice. The hot tub was terrible. Missing tiles, not exactly clean looking, and felt like warm bath water. It needs some attention. The hotel wasn’t that full and it felt like we were all in one section and was loud.

The staff here was simply amazing! They went above and beyond to be helpful & friendly. The hotel itself was clean, in great condition. Our room was spotless. I can't say enough good things about our stay here - especially after we had to check out of another hotel, it was a relief to stay here.

The facility and staff were outstanding. We’ve been traveling a lot recently, and this experience was far superior to any we’ve had in the last six months. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was awesome. Got there hours before check n, but the were able to accommodate my wife and I. Coffee was always fresh and stocked. Room was awesome. Very comfortable. We actually did use the pool and hot tub. Overall, we visit Ottawa this time every year and will never go to another place. This is the spot!
