This is such a gem! The first thing to mention is that everyone working in the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL, always kind, friendly, and helpful! Thank you so much! Other than that, the room was comfy, the food was fantastic, and the location was unbeatable! We definitely recommend Kriva Cuprija, and hope to be back ourselves one day!

Beautiful and cosy boutique hotel located next to the crooked bridge in the old town of Mostar with a very helpful and friendly staff and an amazing restaurant overlooking Kriva Cuprija. My room was very spacious and clean and overlooked a beautiful waterfall . The room had a safe , minibar and a kettle to make coffee/tea. There was daily housekeeping and fresh clean towels were provided every day . The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area overlooked scenic and beautiful Kriva Cuprija . The staff especially Jannat and Aden were super helpful and friendly. I got two complementary breakfasts which was highly appreciated . I would definitely stay here again if I return to Mostar as I can't think of anywhere better to stay in this beautiful historic city.

Good hotel in a perfect setting. Not quite affording direct views of ‘the’ bridge (but a minor old one in lieu) and by default built into a very restricted site with many steps, the hotel nevertheless afforded a great three-day stay, and should we return to Mostar would certainly stay here again. The breakfast was really good and with a wide choice, and you could normally take it outside. Choice of at least six cakes! We ate one evening choosing from a Bosnian menu and that experience was a highlight. We had just a Standard Room which was fine but lacked extras. But the staff more than made up. So friendly and helpful.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. Staff were so kind and attentive. When I arrived after a long walk from the station in hot weather they offered me a cool drink and carried my bag to my room. The room was ideal, nice and cool and with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of foods, as a vegetarian there was plenty I could eat. He location was perfect for exploring the old town and near the pickup points for some tours I had booked. 10/10 would recommend!

I stay in a lot of hotels both in my professional life and personal and I can honestly say you will not find a better hotel anywhere in the world . The building is quirky and full of character nonetheless, it’s modern and well maintained. We didn’t eat in the restaurant the one night we stayed there but if the breakfast was anything to go by , we missed out because the choice was outstanding ! Then what can I say about the staff ? Nothing is too much trouble . Everything was beautifully explained, all your needs were catered for and they went above and beyond helping you with every aspect from parking to carrying luggage , they were superb ! If I could go back there tomorrow, I would !

Stay here for the location as it’s hard to be any more central. Staff are warm and friendly, and the food is great. Air conditioning was affective and welcome, beds comfortable. Room a little tired in terms of furniture. Parking is best over in the Europark (25 BAM a day)

This place and the service exceeded expectations. The welcome was amazing. Staff took our bags to the room while we were seated on the porch for complimentary fresh peach juice and a tasty yogurt. We also dined with them and got the all inclusive meal one fish and one lamb, both were superb. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

Warm welcome from staff. Great location a 1 minute walk to the bridge. Lovely breakfast and nice dinner. On the flip side our rooms were really noisy (501&502) and it’s disappointing to have guests smoking in the outdoor dining terrace at breakfast time (but this is the same in most places in Bosnia)

The staff was 15/10!!! Helpful, nice, kind and helped us with a booking issue we had. Parking across the street. Direct access to the shops and bridge. Stay here- even upon discharge thye helped us exchange our money back to Euros
