I want to start off by pointing out how helpful and nice the staff were especially Ben and Jonathan at the front desk. The room I stayed in is in desperate need of a deep clean! Dusty, dirt lined boarders and bathroom floor. There was hair in the shower, on the walls and the bathroom door. I spent the night of my check in cleaning out the shower. Also, stains on the towels and dirt under the sink wherey the towels were stored. Lastly, the wifi didn't work. I would not stay here again and would not recommend to others.

I was in town on business, so it was a quick trip. The hotel is very lovely and has maintained the old charm. My room was nice and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. I did experience a few oddities, one morning my shower turned on by itself. When I went in to turn the handle off, the stream stopped. The second night, every time that we took the elevator up, it would stop on the 9th floor. I was on the 11th and my co-worker was on the 12th. That same co-workers said that he swore he heard a panting dog in his room. He was on the 12th floor. Breakfast was very good every morning. The bar is nice. The first night, we all went up to the rooftop bar and enjoyed the great weather. Overall, it was a good trip. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is over 100 years old and it seems like they haven't made one upgrade since it's opening. We had a freezing cold shower and the neighborhood was very sketchy at best. Really disappointing property but the staff was super friendly.

Great stay. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Only complaint was that they decided to redo the flooring in one of the elevators which made it out of service For the weekend. Not the smartest choice to make before a weekend especially with two big shows in town that weekend. Other than that, our visit was great.

Clean room, no fridge or microwave. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Room key quit working and had to have it redone. $120 extra charge that wasn’t listed on website. Whole hallway on seventh floor smelled STRONGLY of marijuana. Parking across the street was a good location but a major pain to pay for. Good walking distance to BJCC. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The property has a lot of character and the staff are all very helpful, professional and friendly. My room was nice. Good size, great natural light and nice size bathroom. They use the pump bottles attached to the wall for shampoo conditioner and body wash. Body wash was empty. They have those great mini hexagons tiles, but some of the grout lines were black. That said, I would definitely stay there again.
