In need of renovation + closed viewing 4th FLR

I made a tradition of staying here every July 4th. I always watched the fireworks from the 4th floor balcony where the pool is located. this year they closed it off, which disappointed me and my family and many other guests. The bathrooms are also developing mold on the tiles. The place is in a bad need of an overall renovation.

Let me begin.by saying this is my favorite Philadelphia hotel and i will continue to stay there when i am in town. There were a few issues with the room though. The leather chair in the room was torn up and the bathroom had a few issues. There was an unfinished patch in the shower ceiling, the grout was dirty, and the tub did not drain well.
