I have stayed in better hostels. Cheap, but worth spending a bit more for more comfort

Billed as being close to Heathrow but it’s not. The shower unit was broken - had to hold it rather than put it in a bracket. Not great.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the ensuite room i stayed in had everything i needed for a comfortable stay at a competitive price. Also the hotel is just a short walk to local bus stops to connect with local underground stations for easy access into London as well as being close to Heathrow.

This was a budget hotel, so we didn't have high expectations, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff were very pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. All four of us agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The ceiling fan kept the room cool overnight. Breakfast is good. There is ample safe parking. The stair carpets are in poor condition, as is the paintwork on many of the doors. Nonetheless we would be happy to return to this hotel

We were staying for two nights for the AC/DC concert at Wembley Stadium. I chose the hotel because of its location and price to the venue. We found the accommodation together with breakfast and the hospitality and helpfulness to be as good as we expected it to be for the price. There were other clients there for the concert so it showed that they had made the same judgement as ourselves.

Spacious room

Staffs are nice and helpful. It's spacious than what I expected of a room in London. Just a bit smell (not very strong) and I just stayed for a night.

A bit far from the train station but you get what you pay for.

This is a small, older property with lots of stairs. Rooms have been updated and were comfortable. They accommodated my need for a fan (no AC) and hair dryer. All the room electrical outlets are in one corner of the room and none in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, not great but adequate. The restaurant in the hotel had good food for dinner. Very close to bus stops that can get you to the trains easily.

The staff were friendly The room had been cleaned but clearly not around the edges. We came back late after a concert and would have liked a bottle of water or something, so maybe a vending machine or something would be good. The hotel was quiet and overall for a budget hotel it was great

Nothi g unique about. Very far from all attractions. Bathrooms small, shower unsave Bad ventilation, no air conditioner. Brakfast was mediocre. Dirty floors. Bads were uncomfortable and it seemed very old. Over all, Poor. Staff was helpful! especially Annita.
Sonia, 4-night trip

House keeping gets -1 if this rating is possible. They never vacuumed the room, never cleaned the bed, rarely replaced complimentary items and I had to ask multiple times to get the room cleaned.

Friendly Stuff & Best Breakfast in Town

The best thing about this hotel is its price. It is a lot cheaper than ones in the Zone1/2 area. However, please consider that if you are taking public transportation into central London, the cost and time do add up (bus and tubes). If you are driving, this hotel will be the best. There are local corner stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hotel is clean. WIFI is strong and stable. The hallway is like a maze and narrow, so you will have to carry the luggage one by one. The sound insulation is not that good, but luckily our neighbor sleeps early during our stay. The biggest downside is that there is no refrigerator/hairdryer in the room. You will have to ask the staff to put the food in the refrigerator in the kitchen and borrow the hairdryer every night. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly.

Canny stay

The room was your average hotel room, 2 single beds, tv, private toilet/shower. It was clean enough, no dirt, however a little dust here and there. Housekeeping changed the bed sheets and towels daily. The room was quite small but this didn’t bother us as the only time we were there was to sleep. We stayed here to attend a gig in Hammersmith, which is only a short distance away on the tube. The staff on the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the ground floor is Japanese cuisine and was delicious! The hotel is close to some parks and green spaces. There is a canal not too far away and it is a lovely, peaceful walk on a sunny day. We saw lots of wildlife which you don’t really expect for London. The hotel is walking distance to a tube stop so it’s easy to get around, and there are plenty of lime bikes and scooters in the area. We cycled to Kew Gardens from the hotel which only took 25-30 minutes, a fantastic day out. There are plenty of places to eat nearby if you like to order takeaway or dine out. There is also a pub close by with a great beer garden.

A little bit Fawlty Towers

First up, the room was clean, it was quiet and the food at breakfast was good and service was efficient. However, reception was a little unfriendly with a big perspex screen, lots of forms and much more scrutiny of ID than other hotels. We had to fill a form in for breakfast on arrival, and the choices were quite bizarre. You could choose bacon and sausage but were then unable to choose hash brown, you could choose tomato or beans but not both, and when the breakfast came it was one sausage and one rasher of bacon. Honestly, just charge £2-£3 per person per night more and give a full choice and more generous portions. The hotel is like a rabbit warren, up and down stairs round corners which is quite characterful, but a little tricky to get back to reception. The room was smelly on entry, not sure what it was. The shower was poor, very little pressure and the temperature fluctuated wildly. This hotel will not be high on my list to go back to again.

Stuart, 3-night trip

I stayed at the property for several days and generally had a very favorable opinion of the room and staff. I did have one comment and one concern. My comment is that the curtains could be more opaque. Sunrise comes very early in the morning and would prefer that it didn't wake me up at 4.00 in a bright room. My concern was more cataclysmic. On my last day, housekeeping had serviced the room. When i came back in the evening, my door was ajar. It looks like that housekeeping had not properly closed the door and anyone could've walked in after and stolen things. It looks like that didnt happen and i couldn't find anything missing, but the possibility was quite concerning.
