8/10 Very good

Very nice location, pool area, restaurant, and overall feeling. Some lack of attention to detail in room servicing, the refurbished nature of the facility, and the limited quality of the amenities (eg gym/sauna area) and non refurbished areas detract from the real 5 star quality of the property. Overall an excellent option and overall experience however.

The facility has recently reopened after a major refurbishment and the results of this refurbishment show. We had a 1 bedroom suite which had excellent facilities and decor. The only 'below'par experience was an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. The service was excellent but the preparation and quality of the food (fish of the day) was less than expected - not value for money.

The toilets in the Fitness Centre could do with a bit of a remodel to be in keeping with the rest of the hotel. All up, nice amenities and convenient location

This property is gorgeous and so very clean. Excellent location and the staff was so pleasant. Champagne on check in was such an elegant touch. We will stay again!

Great location, room was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I immediately felt relaxed upon arrival. On this particular trip I was there for the Noosa Marathon and the attention to detail such as providing sandwiches, electrolytes and bananas on race day are the sort of things that leave a lasting impression. I’ll be back!

What an incredible stay. From the very start meeting the incredibly charming & lovely Micheal on the front door dealing with our car, he went above & beyond, a true legend. To the champagne on arrival, the outstanding room & pool then to top it off, cause it was my 50th the room had chocolates, card, gifts & spa treatments for me & my guest as a generous gift. A true 5* experience from start to end.

Perfect location. Spacious rooms. A little tired.

A lovely hotel with perfect location: just a little tired. In a big city it would be 3.5 star.
