This hotel exceeded expectations. The view from the rooftop and plunge pool was insane. Usually sleeping on a pull out sofa bed isnt as comfy as the main bed but this was not the case here. The same mattress was used that was on the main bed so very comfy. The facilities in the room were an excellent addition without paying extra. A mini fridge and coffee machine with pods, beach towels aswell as showering towels. The hotel was very clean and modern. Carmen, the receptionist throughout our stay was very approachable, cheery and a smiley face to welcome us on arrival. On departure she went above and beyond to help us when our private transfer let us down with pick up time. (Transport company not linked to hotel). Due to us nearly missing our flight she contacted the company on our behalf and then carried on sorting a private taxi instead so that we got to the airport in time. Even although the sky bar is open to the public, at all times the hotel was very quiet with not much noise. We were in room 101 and would definitely stay again.
