Bad Stay At Hotel
The stay was disappointing from the check in, they gave me a smoking room to start, then they change it to another room that the heating system was not working, and my room was cold all night. The next day after some conversation with the day clerk they gave me a better room, that I should have received on check in. The whole experience was very disappointing.

No a/c, the room just kept getting hotter. The tub wouldn’t drain so only one of us had a shower. Black mould in the halls. A lot of damage due to the hurricane, yellow taped off areas.

Not impressed
We showed up on October 4th to stay for the week. No room available due to now power. No attempt to contact us and let us know. No help offered to find alternate accommodation. The online picture is misleading as this hotel is definitely not like the picture. With over 1500 people in town for the Nationals it was not easy to find another place to stay. I understand due to the hurricane that places were without power but there was no attempt made to contact us prior to our arrival. They had the ability since we found out after the fact that one of the other player's family received a notification to look for alternate accommodation. I would never attempt to stay at this hotel again.

Dont believe the pictures. They appear to be from many years ago. The front desk clerk was appallingly rude upon our arrival. When we got to our room the room was not fully cleaned as we found hair in the bathroom and bottle caps on the floor. The breakfast was not a buffet as indicated; there was nothing more than toast, bagels and mini yogurt cups. The orange juice was more like coloured water. The whole stay was disappointing. Thankfully it was only one night.

Not what I expected
This hotel is really dated and not well maintained. Carpets are stained, wallpaper peeling, a pillow was missing from the bed. Breakfast was certainly not ‘the best hot breakfast in town’. I am not one to usually complain, but for 212 CAD + 200 CAD ‘damage deposit’ it is an embarrassment.
