Only negative is lack of air conditioning or even a ceiling fan / any fan -- this made it challenging to sleep at night in late August; keep that in mind if you are coming from the US and used to lower sleeping temperatures. Santa Vittoria d’Alba is a quiet village without much to do and that is just what we wanted. It was a great location to rest after full days in Langhe. The only improvement would be a better breakfast offering. Other hotels in the area offer a greater selection of fresh produce and pastries. "
