Great stay! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but we were able to change and store our bags until it was ready! The pool and pool service was great and made for a fun stay. The free bike rental was also a great way to explore Scottsdale! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

The hotel itself was clean and a nice place to stay. We made a note and told the staff that it was our 10 year anniversary and it really did not feel like they tried to do anything to make the stay special. We've stayed at other hotels (smaller and larger) for birthdays and other anniversaries and the Canopy was the only one who did nothing. I even made a comment and was told "you can pay for extras". While I wasn't there to get free things (I paid a lot for my stay already), there was no effort made on behalf of the staff. That was super disappointing to us.
