Such a wonderful 5* hotel to stay at! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast and the beef bobotie (my favourite SA dish, other than steak!) that I had for dinner was delicious. Nice large swimming pool (there is a second pool also). New gym with a lovely big window when you’re on the treadmill or the bike! Excellent new spa facilities also.

What a place! Everything is fabulous and the staff are exceptional. This was our 6th visit to the Cellars and it won’t be our last. The beautiful gardens together with the stylish interiors make for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The restaurant food is delicious too, what’s not to like?

Stayed for a few days at the end of a trip to SA. Staff are great but hotel is run down. You can see at some point this was a great hotel but now the rooms and bathrooms need a refurb. The restaurant is very pretty and the food is fine - not the best and wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for a meal out but for a hotel dinner is fine. We were not able to have a late check out which was disappointing.
