Checked in and soon as u walked in the room, the floor was extremely sticky .. in the bed looked like someone had been in it and on the blanket had a huge stain on it and also on the sheets .. went to the front desk and the person wanted to inspect the room after the complaint of the dirty room made , gave another room …. Supposedly the “king” suite … and it was just as dirty, the bed wasn’t made, the refrigerator had old food in it , and the towels and wash cloths were used … ended up NOT staying and asked for a refund !!

Bathtub was dirty. I only had a sheet on my bed- no blanket. The TV stand was broken- I went to turn the tv so I could see from the bathroom and it almost fell over. The broken foot was resting on the cable box. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6 and at 725 when I left, was still closed. Breakfast was 50% of the reason I booked this hotel- I’m bike touring. So I started a 100 mile day with zero calories. Then when I wanted to check out, there was no clerk. I rang the bell 3 times, waited awhile, and no one came. I just left the key. I do NOT recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other options.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE HALLWAYS ELEVATOR AND EVEN YOUR ROOM WILL SMELL LIKE A POUND OF WEED THERE IS NO "BREAKFAST " only molded muffins and old cereal and milk everything else is empty not even a trash can in the dining area that should let you know nobody checks that area TV don't work either AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

The staff was great very nice but the room needs to be cleaned better, the bathroom still had old used towels still in the bathroom when I arrived, and of course the shower was not clean felt slimey had to purchase shower shoes, the bed sheets need to be washed better or purchase new sheets if the stains on the sheets can’t be removed. The floors were really dirty turn the bottom of my feet black and the curtains over the air conditioning needs to be change or taken down often because it looked like black mold growing on the ends of the curtains. If the room wasn’t so dirty I would have given 5 stars.

Front desk guy tried to charge me again after I already paid, we get to the room and the sheets are filthy. They are covered in stains and red liquids. The soaps were the smallest I’d ever seen. The drink cups were unwrapped and just sitting in the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable using them. All night there were kids running around, which appeared to belong to the staff.
