We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen in our was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable! I love IHG sheets and beds, wish they would tell us where they get them. The service was fantastic. The two ladies are the front desk were so kind and helpful. We also appreciated the late check out. We never figured out how to turn the tv on, but luckily didn’t need it. I’m sure maintenance would have gladly come up to show us but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, great stay, great location & great service from staff.

Quick overnight stop

It was okay. The room was moderately clean, but the bed seemed to be the most clean, which is ideal. The room needs a heavy deep clean as there are multiple cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. It also slightly smelled like smoke, which I promptly alerted the clerk so we wouldn’t be charged. Overall, the bed was clean and comfy. It was good for a quick 1 night stay.

Clean facility and room, linens were pristine. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Very clean fridge without any weird smells. A/c worked perfectly. There was quite a bit of outside noise into the evening and late night. We were in the end unit closest to the very nice outdoor grill area so a lot of that noise was from people out there being loud. Shouting and music from cars. The windows weren’t covered enough so quite a lot of light came in the bedroom. Visibility from outside wasn’t an issue, just light around and under the drapes. Will definitely stay again.

Good but they can do better.

Overall my stay was good however, the hotel can do better in regards to cleaning, particularly, the furniture. The chairs and sofa in my room were visibly dirty and stained. Also the carpet by the elevator on the first floor had a strong smell of urine. However, the staff was friendly and the hotel felt safe and quiet overall.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and stocked with amenities (cutlery, dishes, etc.). The only negative was the cleanliness of the rooms. You could tell the floors hadn't been mopped because our socks became black on the bottoms. The couches had stains, rips and tears on the cushions. Some of the fresh bedding given had stains on it. Overall we had a great experience and the staff were accommodating. The price was reasonable and the location is walking distance to some food options.

The hotel is a bit worn down. The people are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I like the full kitchen and coffee pot in the room. Good water pressure. Small TV , no HBO A/C was load but worked well. It’s close to restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks. I would stay there again.

Great stay for the unc/duke game

I was worried because of other reviews but my husband and I have nothing bad to say about our stay! We felt safe for the most part and the lady at the front desk was so nice- I really wish I would have asked her name so she could get recognition!! The hotel is definitely older but you get what you pay for. We were very grateful for the price point and the rooms/lobby matched that (nothing bad just outdated)
