Decent Sized Room for a Cheap NYC Hotel
For a cheap hotel in NYC, this one is actually quite good. Cheap hotels in NYC are often very cramped (don't expect an actual closet), but the rooms at Hampton Inn are more like what you would find outside of NYC. My room was clean, and there wasn't even a lot of street noise despite being on the 2nd floor. The free breakfast was decent and convenient. It isn't anything fancy, but it's good for the price.

Amazing location and great deal!!!
Amazing location and super friendly staff!!! Older hotel but clean. Parking was easy and did i mention the AMAZING location?!!!! Easy walk to Times Square but if subway is needed stations are easily located. I traveled with my teenage stepdaughter so i was concerned with safety. At night, all that entered had to show a room key. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable woth our safety both in the hotel and the surrounding area. No bath mat or wash clothes in room the first night but the staff was very apologetic and made it right the following evening. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Rude Unorganized staff. Check in was past check in time. Hair on all bed sheets and linings. Mold in bathroom. TV is bad and bad remote.... Nothing was good in this Hotel
