The location doesn't get any better and the history of the hotel makes it very unique. Having a bar with live music downstairs is amazing. I will put this place first on my list of hotels in New Orleans.

A few issues such as being allocated a room some distance from the lift that had not been cleaned (long trek back to reception), bed not made up by housekeeping (reception thought they may assumed we wanted to make our own bed) and customer service from reception varied from good to indifferent. Having said all that we wouldn’t let those issues stop us from staying there again

The Bourbon Orlean is an awesome place to stay in the heart of the French Quarter! Walking distance to everything! Hospitality at its finest! You won’t be disappointed!

Bourbon Street Fun!

Central location was good for Bourbon Street, Jackson Park, and other French Quarter sites. Petite king room was tiny so trust the description. The Bellman was nice and helpful. Check in was not great as our room was delayed and the manager was not helpful. The nightclub had good entertainment.

The hotel location is perfect. Staff was great. The only thing that was a problem was that we were on the 2nd floor and you could hear the band in the bar below until about midnight. I would suggest asking for a higher floor.

Bourbon Orleans Hotel

This hotel is great to stay for convenience of walking to whatever you are looking for. The hotel staff are courteous & friendly. The property is well kept & I felt safe there. Depending on your room location, you may here music & partying but nothing that a set of ear plugs playing can't soothe it all away. I enjoyed my stay.
