Great location, close to everything we needed. Great breakfast. The staff was helpful with providing me a list of what was in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

We always stay here when we visit family in Leawood. It is reliably excellent but this last stay I messed up the reservations for a large group of family members (including booking some in the nearby convention center property). The staff went above and beyond to help me untangle the mess I had made with Hotels.com. The breakfast is considerably better than the usual hotel breakfast too.

The rooms were very nice and spacious! The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. Staff was super helpful when we had a concern. The bathrooms were a bit on the small side, which may be an issue for some. Overall, we would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Overland Park. Great location, friendly staff. Nice little bar area and a good breakfast. The only negative would the water pressure wasn’t great. We would stay there again.

8/10 Very good

The room size blew away our expectations. Spacious with a kitchenette, huge window with a great view, and super clean. Pool was clean and breakfast was great, except our last morning where the burner for the hot food was off so the food was cold. Our last night there our AC died and the room was at 78° all night, but the staff was apologetic and sought to it that it would be fixed. One of our best stays yet!
