Staff was nowhere to be found for 40 minutes. I had to somehow find a directory of employees only to see the on staff employee coming from her car? No curtains in the room, sun shines bright inside and lack of privacy for that matter. Toilet didn’t have water to flush. The concessions were empty and the employee lacked overall knowledge on deposit fees. Very disappointed as I’ve stayed at other aloft locations so I thought I could trust this one. I stand corrected. Wish I could get some kind of refund.

Over eager maid service
The hotel was as expected based on the photos. It was nice and just what we needed. However, the maid service knocked on our door around 9am to clean, even though we were only staying one night and we’re ready to leave yet. Then at 10:40am they just walked into our room.. no knocking and definitely no approval to enter. Made me want to leave immediately due to the lack of privacy.
