Absolutely lovely stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and the balcony had a lovely view - would just say the hairdryers need a longer cable as they're really awkward to use but that's being really nit-picky. The timing of breakfast was ideal and such a fantastic selection, could have something different every day. It is ideally placed for the beach and having three pools to choose from. Would have given five stars if it wasn't for the upstairs pool bar being closed and there being no pool service in replacement, then being at the downstairs pool the service was slow, we ended up walking up ourselves to both ask for a menu and order our drinks.

Lovely stay. Views were fabulous. Lots of choices of pools and also the beach at a stones throw. We did half board. Unfortunately only 2 places to choose from so we didn't get to try the steak restaurant as it was full on the night we could go. Only complaint really was the slow service. We would see our drinks at the bar and about 5 servers next to it but it would still take ages to get to us. Perhaps some more training. Service by the pool though was great even though there was a high charge for a bottle of water by the pool. Expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a club room and they give you a trendy leather bracelet to get you into your room. Never seen that before and loved not having to think about key cards. Overall a good stay. No shops close by which was a shame and everywhere we went was a 30 minute taxi ride away.

Fabulous hotel with great complimentary activities that are not advertised. Beach area is good enough to get a refreshing swim but you can definitely find better around the area. Staff was kind and helpful, and accommodated for a shower room after check out as our room was assigned to newcomers on our last day and our flight was late in the evening. The Club Cala San Miguel was just what we were looking for - it had a good selection of food and drinks in the all inclusive, food was tasty and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and most importantly, there were enough sun loungers for the number of guests, so there was less of a fight for sun loungers, staff would also clear towels from sun loungers if they had been left for a period of time. This was a great hotel for relaxation, with a good atmosphere and very drivable, perfect for what we were looking for, but those looking for clubbing might consider somewhere a little closer to the action.

The staff is unfriendly and it seems like no one knows what they are doing, is there any management? For a getaway to Ibiza just to work in a serene location, Puerto de San Miguel is what you’re looking for on the Northern side of the island. The waters are phenomenal, and the hotel provides so many of its own in-house events. Marta was GREAT as well as all of the staff. They felt very much like family and just genuine. I will return again for another stay. I don’t recommend if you’re wanting to party hop because it is roughly 30-35 min from the tourist venues.

Had a great stay at CSM at the beginning of October. Room was compact but had a lovely sea view. Bed was firm and comfortable, excellent shower. Room cleaned every day and two complimentary bottles of water left daily. Corridor had a very musty smell (Rm 624) but this did not permeate into the room. Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, hot or cold and great quality. Restaurant (La Savina) was really nice too but there was a good choice of restaurants just outside of the resort which we also used. Staff were great, friendly, helpful, efficient. It rained very heavily over our last couple of days and several places had buckets out for drips, towels to mop up areas but the staff handled it really well, lots of umbrellas to hand. Lots of nice decorous touches around the hotel - pictures, wall hangings, cushions, wooden side tables - so, although the hotel isn't in the first bloom of youth, it still felt modern and looked after. Excellent location, would recommend and return

The hotel is very well presented, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The pool areas are lovely and the views from the main restaurant area are fantastic. We enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and would not hesitate to return. The parking solution was also excellent if you have a hire car. One minor aspect that could be improved is if a way of shading the room balcony could be introduced. We found the balcony unusable during the day because it is too exposed to direct sunlight. Lastly, whilst all of the food we had at the hotel was tasty, the a la carte options at the buffet could be a little more varied. An a la carte selection at breakfast would also be nice, rather than buffet only. We still enjoyed the food but this would take the dining experience in the hotel to the next level. Overall it is a beautiful hotel that is well worth a visit.
