Super friendly staff, particularly Sta, great breakfast and room service. A great location in Imerovigli (a village btw Oia and Fira), some rooms have a great view of caldera and the Fira.

Our stay at Cilon Suites was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, the communication was outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything so easy, especially arranging our airport transfer, which was seamless and stress-free. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was beautiful, peaceful, and so well maintained. It was the perfect balance not too crowded, yet close enough to enjoy everything Santorini has to offer. This location is perfect since it’s in the middle of everything! A special thank you to our lovely host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more memorable. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. 10/10I would recommend Cilon Suites to anyone visiting Santorini and would happily stay here again!

They were so lovely. They upgraded our room, brought us a power outlet when we left ours in Athens. Hot tub was amazing but but but remember to wear the slippers/outdoor slip ons as the surfaces were very slippery and my husband did slip getting out of the hot tub. The views were stunning. Great location! Loved it! The breakfast was amazing too!

The staffed was very friendly and informative about the area and activities to do as well. The property is clean and well kept in the private hot tub. Definitely was a plus close to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed our final night of our trip here and it was the perfect end to our trip! Our hot tub and view were amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and it was perfectly located so that we could easily walk to lunch, dinner and Skaros rock! We had an early flight and we were going to miss breakfast so they were kind enough to bring us some snacks in the evening for us to enjoy in the morning before our early flight! A great stay and would highly recommend for a beautiful view and an easy trip!

A Dream Honeymoon Stay at Cilon Suites! Beautiful - we absolutely loved our stay here! The location and views in Imerovigli are stunning, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the staff. Stav and Mr. Tami were incredible. They were so on top of everything, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless—from coordinating our shuttles to carrying our bags up the steps and making fantastic recommendations. Their personalized service made us feel so welcome and cared for. Cilon Suites is a little piece of paradise and the perfect place for a honeymoon. We recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini and will cherish the memories we made here!

Excellent service

Ameli, Nari, Nora and team were just excellent - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a very comfortable stay. The location has a fantastic view from its position on the Caldera, and is a very short walk to the bus stop, ATV rental shops and restaurants.

The experience at CILON suites was beyond what we anticipated! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They provided not only an excellent visit but made things stress free with plenty of options and partnerships with local vendors, restaurants and services. All was able to be set up at our request and provided directly to our suite. We took advantage as we traveled during the off season and a good portion of restaurants and shops were closed. This made it easy and manageable with our time! The views are phenomenal! A special thank you to Nari and Stav. Their service! Nari helped with our luggage and every morning dropped off breakfast at a time we arranged the day prior. Extremely convenient with incredible views of the caldera! Stav was our sweet and kind host who always made sure we were enjoying ourselves! In our opinion they made our whole experience on the island of Santorini incredible!

The staff at Cilon Suites were absolutely outstanding!! Amelia was such a welcoming hostess, checked in on us daily, treated us like a long lost friend and was such a warm and beautiful human being. Stav, the concierge was very responsive to all our questions and requests, took great care of us and was so kind and sweet. Naris and all the others in the staff made our experience the best! The location was great, perfectly situated between downtown Fira and Oai and the daily breakfast delivered to our private terrace each morning was the icing! What a true gem this place is and the staff are truly the magic.

the master bedroom and other suites don’t have the pool directly connected to the room—you need to go up to the rooftop to access it. Since there are no keys for the pools, some guests ended up using pools from other rooms. That said, the pool, breakfast, and room itself were all very nice. We stayed in the master suite, which was very spacious, modern, and equipped with excellent shower products.

10/10 would highly recommend

The staff was nice and friendly, they helped us with tips and advice even outside normal hours. The room is very comfortable and has a unique design which adds to the experience. Breakfast is plentiful and served privately, so you get to enjoy the view while having breakfast. The jacuzzi (honeymoon suite in our case) is reasonably private, contrary to most other hotels so you really get a unique experience here. The view is spectacular! Mind you that the hotel view towards north West is a restricted by the massive cliff that the village is built on. So depending on the time of the year you may not have a direct line of sight to the sunset.

6/10 Good

The view is amazing but the problem is that true of the entire island. This was almost $500 per night so my expectations were relative to that. Hot tub was epic view but not that hot ( they said it was max 36*) and lot of bugs in it Breakfast options were great but execution was poor. Coffee was cold, eggs cold and even if you both order orange juice you get only 1 I asked for fresh towels daily and the ones we got never felt warm or fresh, the quality of towel was very low and used up, the slippers were small. The TV option was good because you can get access to Netflix or Amazon when ur down with the island. Other guests can be loud dinner options are limited near this hotel You get a coordinator who is helpful but will be defensive if you try and give feedback that is asked for so not as smooth as hoped for by anyone. All in all I’d stay somewhere else for half the price and still see the same amazing views the island has to offer.

What a truly remarkable establishment; the staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests. They even went above and beyond by delivering an item we had forgotten to the airport. We are sincerely grateful for making our stay so unforgettable.
