Nice Hotel, but a little bit run down

The hotel is in a good location, the service is great, but the building and the rooms are run down. Seems that Brown Hotels renovated the building but not enough. i also would prefer that the ceiling will not be painted with jangle theme, birds in bright colors. It was nice to open the window to get fresh air as the weather was warm for January but if it was summer, a screen would be needed.

Loved staying here. The room was super clean and orderly, the room was nice and big with a tv. Lots of lighting and a good sized bathroom. They have breakfast on weekends but not during the week. Super close to the beach, would recommend!

Zweckmässig, Luft nach oben.

Gute Lage, aber die Gartenterrasse ist überproportional riesig und das zu dunkle Zimmer höchstens für 1 Person geeignet. Schwere Vorhänge sind Staubfänger. Zu enges Badzimmer wie im Schlafabteil eines Zuges. Keine Schränke, nur eine Stange und offene Tablare. Frühstück teuer, aber vielfältig. Personal spricht Englisch, versucht aber sinnlos Hebräisch aufzudrängen. Nicht alle, aber es ist unnötig passiert. Digitaler Zimmerschlüssel sehr praktisch. Sauberkeit: Aschenbecher nicht geleert, Duschseife nicht nachgereicht und Strandtücher nur auf Anfrage ersetzt.

This is a Brown property?? Based on the condition, smell of sewer, clogged sink, sticky residue on walls, physical key not working and the most loud hotel I have ever stayed in, I'll pass on Brown and stay elsewhere. In fact I dod move hotels. Room on 1st floor facing a very busy main road and parking lot; I heard every conversation from the street and yhe road noise is awful. However, the staff ate very pleasant and polite.

The Hotel overall was ok as I was travelling by myself. Being a boutique hotel, the rooms were small, no water bottles provided or a box of Kleenex. Being a Brown Hotel, I thought it would be some what upscale. Looks like they need renovations to the reception area and clean the carpets in the elevator. I would give it a 3 out of 5. Also, not convenient location on Hayarkon.
