This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend if you love breathtaking vistas, history, and wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Went out of their way to be accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the geothermal heated pool overlooking the valley. Spa services available onsite as well. Jacuzzi, massage and IR sauna. I came upon this out of last minute necessity and plan return trip there on my next visit.

A beautiful location

A beautiful hotel, located centrally within Piancastagnaio. The hotel is very relaxing and tastefully converted convent with a stunning pool overlooking the valley. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and we loved our spacious room overlooking the gardens. Service is okay, it cannot be criticised, but lacked warmth at every level. Ignored by many staff and we would have expected a little more. Once again food was good (we ate dinner and had breakfast each morning) but not spectacular and we opted to eat across the road on one night where staff really tried to engage with us which we appreciated.

Vi hadde et helt greit opphold på to netter. Selve eiendommen er flott, med vakre omgivelser og en historisk bygning med mye sjarm. Dessverre savnet vi både informasjon og oppfølging fra personalet. Ved innsjekk fikk vi ingen informasjon om hotellets fasiliteter eller hva som var tilgjengelig på eiendommen. Det skulle være en daglig guidet tur med hotellets eier, og vi møtte opp og ventet som avtalt. Vi opplevde imidlertid å bli oversett, og etter 30–40 minutter valgte vi å gå. Vi fikk heller ingen forklaring eller beklagelse i etterkant, noe som var skuffende. Middagen og frokosten var helt greie, men ikke noe som utmerket seg. Alt i alt en flott og historisk eiendom med stort potensial, men servicen og oppfølgingen gjorde at oppholdet ikke svarte helt til forventningene våre. Terningkast 3.

유서 깊은 정망 멋진 매력적인 숙소입니다~ 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 1-2명이라도 사용자가 있으면 온수 수영장 세팅을 해주시고 아침 식사는 수제 요리와 신선한 식재료로 가득합니다. 상속자이자 사장님께서 신청자에게 해주시는 투어는 대도시의 여느 유명한 사적 투어 못지 않게 기억에 남습니다. 다음에 방문하면 훌륭한 소물리에와 함께하는 와인테이스팅 또는 저녁 페어링에 꼭 참여하고 싶어요.

Es ist ein altes umgebautes und modernisietes Kloster hinter einer unscheinbaren Mauer und Holztür. Man wird direkt von der Rezeption in Empfang genommen und erhält eine erste kleine Rundführung. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr modern. Dem Service hätten wir gerne 6 Sterne gegeben, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen und Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Hotelanlage mit Pool und Whirlpool ist sehr schön eingetichtet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Ausblick auf die Toskana ist super. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder.
