Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile.

You cant beat the price of a stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located. The room had all the basics, and the staff were friendly. We requested extra towels and were quickly accommodated. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the room temperature was good. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and could not say the same about some of them. If you are on a budget, this is definitely the place to stay.

Room was in disrepair. Could not close the glass door leading to the barren balcony. Some furniture broken , burn marks. Gave a coffee pot with no cups or coffee. Glass door to balcony was filthy. Cobwebs on ceiling. Blow dryer not functioning and the plastic was burned. Beds were clean and very comfortable, only saving grace. Oh and the waffle batter for breakfast was watered down, toaster did not work and coffee dispenser was erratic. Bathroom and sink were also cracked and in need of fixing.

I would give zero stars except the housekeeping staff treated me well. This is the dirtiest nastiest flagged hotel I have ever stayed in. Stained tub, broken faucet, cockroaches. Carpet practically had a chalk outline of a corpse; well if it was clean enough to be seen! Still though, the staff were kind to me and my dog.
