fantastic experience upon arrival (i drive) staff are professional assisting me to get my car “stored” in the parking area. it is slightly pricey for 2000yen / night though. In general, onsen is clean and well maintained . it is more convenient if hotel provides shower cap as well, because i dont plan to get my hair wet. room is spacious and comfy. modern design. Such a lovely, convenient, elegant and luxurious (+ excellent value for money) hotel. An easy walk from the train station/underground, even in cold weather. The room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards) with space for our luggage and also a quiet sitting area in the window, and we had a beautiful snowy view across the street and the park. Checkin/out were very easy, and we were able to leave our bags with reception when we arrived early. A perfect home base for our couple of days in Sapporo.
