The photos are misleading. I booked deluxe room with sea view specifiacally since it was an ocassion and I wanted to have my morning tea in the balkony with nice view. There was sea on the side in the horizont, but the most of the sight was building in construction right in front of the window/balkony and this was actually dissapointing.

Great place to have a relaxing time. I recommend it. However: The signage outside is very poor. I nearly abandoned looking for reception. The ladder out of the pool feels unsafe. The time to serve cooked food was too long, an average of 30mins. The lift would benefit from labels such as Reception, pool and restaurant; Rooms x to y etc. Despite this I would visit again. The friendliness of the staff is to be commended

Check in was quick and we were shown to our rooms. We chose two interconnecting rooms - these were on the top floor and the views were amazing. The rooms were clean, the bed was really comfortable although space around the end of the bed was quite tight. The bathroom was very clean and the Rituals products are a nice touch. The towels are super soft and we had bathrobes and slippers in the room too. The pool area is small but we were able to get a sunbed every time we wanted one. The sunbeds are very comfortable and there are plenty of sun umbrellas too. The view from the pool area is beautiful. We had dinner there on the first night which was very good. The staff were always professional, friendly and helpful. You do need a car to stay at this hotel although they do provide shuttle buses to the beach twice a day. We drove and enjoyed dinner in Petrovac and Budva.

Beautifully presented with friendly and helpful staff, rooms, facilities, food, breakfast and dinner delicious and plenty of choices, amazing views, everything was top quality and service outstanding! This hotel was 200/100. We had a special occasion in Montenegro and notified the hotel in advance - they made us feel so special. Excellent customer service, cleanliness, free drinks, room decor, free bus rides to tourist sites - everything was spectacular! What I loved most was the views - you get to see the sun rise against the sea. It was also very peaceful and not crowdy when we went. Will definitely return if we find ourselves here again and would recommend 100%.

Brilliant relaxing stay

Had a lovely time. Very attentive staff, everything clean and room had the best view. The room door facing the street wasn’t quite soundproof so you could hear cars sometimes. Food was excellent and they even had live music. Spa treatments were outstanding. I would recommend hiring a car as there is not much around in walkable distance.

Peaceful haven

Beautiful hotel with a relaxed and peaceful environment. Enjoyed travelling around the area from the hotel. You definitely need a car. If you park At Sveti Stefan you can walk from there on the coastal path to Budva. We then paid for a water taxi to bring us back to Sveti Stefan. We also booked a lake tour to Lake Skadar. Definitely worth a visit. Coming back to the hotel each day was a delight. We used the heated pool and sauna each day. The massage therapist, Pim, was extremely good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Dear Vivid Blue Serenity Hotel and Resort, you have my heart all day everyday❤️. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever being to. My first experience of their excellence was their prompt and accomodating responses to my email. I loved Ranka even before physically seeing her. She was the one responding to my emails and the very first staff that we saw. We had a very warm and pleasant welcome. My room decor, my birthday dinner setup, my floating breakfast. Made lots of great memories here. Husband planned a surprise birthday celebration with them and they delivered excellently. I loved every freebie that gave me as the celebrant 😊. The hotel itself and it's environment is serene, sparkling clean and spotless. All the staff we had contact with were nothing short of amazing 😍. Dear Ranka, Milan, Violeta, The chef, the spa therapist who attended to me and another very lovely lady (Milan's colleague at the restaurant). Thank you all so much for being a ray of sunshine. Thank you for radiating so much love and joy. Dear Mr CEO, thank you sir for everything you did and gave us to us during our stay. And the food? Muah! Absolutely delicious 😋. I was always looking forward to breakfast 😌. We had their best seller for my birthday dinner and it was sumptuous (Njeguski steak). Overall, we had an excellent vacation here.
