The entire hotel is spotless and cosy. It has a lovely atmosphere l, love the carpets and all the artwork. The staff are all very kind and professional. We had excellent dinner in the bar and breakfast. Very convenient. Thank you very much, we will certainly be back again.

A very enjoyable overnight stay. Easy to locate. Ample nearby with reduced parking for guests in the Tower carpark.
Welcoming, helpful receptionist who gave off good vibes, proud to work there. Very good bar food at a reasonable price, staff pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed interacting with locals whilst listening to a local group.
Good bedroom overlooking the Quayside.

Simple checkout again lovely good natured staff.
A great value for money stay.

Excellent Hotel centrally located in Waterford. Outdoor Parking is available across the street, we had no issues finding a spot. Our Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom fixtures were a little dated but served us well. Great Pub for dinning with friendly service and good food. Great place to stay in the area.
