10/10 Exceptional

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before from the train and our room was prepared already and was more than we could’ve hoped for. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, everything was laid out neatly with clear labels and instructions to prevent cross contamination. This made me very happy as I have dietary restrictions and worry about these things. It was clean and replenished often. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel and the breakfast in particular. I asked for Ana extra blanket for our room and housekeeping was prompt and polite. Overall a very pleasant stay.
