Nice large room at a reasonable rate. Close to attractions and dining. Limited menu on site but very good. Front desk very helpful. Debbie went out of her way to help me with a booking problem that wasn’t the hotels fault. If you are looking for an affordable option in Lake Havasu this is a good option

Great location to London Bridge, but property is dated. Pool was clean but falling apart. Staff was excellent, but walls were thin and screaming kids kept us awake. Ok value for price. We only stayed 1 night.

Staff was awesome. The room was adequate, but the floor was dirty. Air-conditioning worked great and the bed was comfortable. I was a little surprised that the bathroom door had a notch cut out of it so that you could close the bathroom door without hitting the toilet.

Staff was outstanding. When we got ready for bed late at night we were appalled at the condition of the down (?) comforter. It was stained and dirty at the head of the bed; there’s no way anyone should have that experience. Since it was so late we pushed it to the end of the bed and reported it to the desk the next morning; they, too, were appalled at its condition.

Stayed 8 nights and 3rd day asked for fresh towels, got some barely,asked for room to be cleaned on 4th day never got cleaned until 6 th day! I had to empty our garbage , ask for toilet paper, and even took linen off beds having it ready for cleaners!! The door had to be pushed hard or kicked to get into. Bathroom door was hard to open and close too

Seems like they had a lot of new people working or not enough help. Rooms at first seem clean when you first get there but quickly see that they do bare minimum. Seem like they quick clean not a deep clean. Floors were dusty dirty. Lamp shades caked on dust. Pool needs to be redone. The whole property needs to better maintained. One gave 2 towels at a time for the room. Called for more, never got more. It didn't ruin our vacation but definitely wouldn't stay again.

The room was mid at best. The doors are metal as if you’re in a glorified jail cell. The walls are paper thin. So when our neighbor decided to come back from a night out and watch tv and do other upstanding citizen activities incredibly loud at 3 in the morning I contemplated my existence. If you can stay somewhere else I highly recommend it.

I asked for ground floor and was given a basement level requiring stairs. Basement is level 1. After getting settle in our room while freshening up housekeeping knocked on the door and then opened the door. This was around 6pm and we did not latch the security lock. Beds were comfortable and clean the towels are thin and very small. There was no bath rug/ towel for steeping out of the shower so we used 2 hand towels. There was a breakfast included but it was poorly staffed. They were using regular plates not paper and they would run out and guests had to wait until they washed them. Guests were waiting for hot eggs and they were out of yogurt and boiled eggs. It seems like they were not prepared for the amount of guests and did not have enough staff to service the needs of the guests. I will rethink before I stay at this hotel again.
