The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If you’re staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. .

This place is simply amazing. The property, the staff and amenities were all world class. The Ritz could take lessons from this staff. A truly wonderful gem. We will be back.

4/10 Fair

Misleading photos. There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice. But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure

The spa, we were speechless! The staff AMAZING, all they wanted was for you to have a wonderful stay. Great hospitality!! Food was wonderful, we even got an upgrade! At the end, there was a confusion with the bus arrivals but honestly we know it wasn’t the staff’s fault. Would 100% go back.

Absolutely stunning property/setting with very attentive staff. The spa is gorgeous and well worth checking out as it’s free to all guests. Onsite restaurant and bar were fantastic as well. Everything is pricey here as compared to other places in town, but that’s to be expected.
