Overall a good stay but some things that could be improved, with consideration to the price. First of all, the air condition in my room barely worked and basically made no difference - which meant my room was quite warm and humid (couldn’t get it below 25c). Secondly, it would had been nice with a cleaning of the room - or at least that someone had empied the bin in the room. I was there for 2 days and there was no service of the room in that time. Thirdly - it’s quite noisy between the rooms and from the Galway and I had a room close to both the elevators plus a window towards the courtyard with quite loud noises - I would advise ear plugs. On the plus side - it was great having a kitchen with decent space and utensils. Nice with a smartTV to watch shows on Netflix etc. The location is great, and the coffee shop is a nice addition for a morning coffee :)

The hotel is situated very conveniently - close to transport to access other areas of town but plenty of charm and interest locally. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had everything we required for a short break. Staff were welcoming and helpful, informing us on check-in of a double booking in my name. This occurred after a third party booking did not provide confirmation. Bermond's Locke were very accomodating about this, offering to speak with anyone on my behalf to resolve the matter.

The layout was very restricted in where to put things. The other couple we traveled with had a different room layout and it was MUCH better.

Great spot for a hotel. The location was very near to a tube station making travel around the London area very easy. The next start over, Bermondsey, had several wonderful options for food and a fun night life. The staff here were also very helpful, polite, and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at Bermond's Locke for your next trip to London.

I stayed here for the London Marathon 2025. Loved the stay, close proximity to tourist attractions (tower bridge, London bridge)! Also right next to a bus station.The room was spacious and we loved that it had a little kitchen, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Only complaint was that the shower design can be improved as the water would leak out. Also would’ve preferred to not stay on the ground floor.
