Cute Hidden Gem
We had a nice few days at this boutique hotel! Excellent customer service. You’re in the Castro!! Duhhh it’ll be noisy and when you walk outside the gated parking lot, there will be interesting urban campers lol. Hanging by the pool and drinking coffee in the little cabanas can quell all that. Stay here! Good value for your $$

Huge letdown
Absolutely horrible. The ladies who checked me in were the sweetest but the woman and man who were there at check out were so rude I was absolutely floored. They were unwilling to help and the woman (Kendra) wouldn’t even wear her mask even though there’s a mandate in SF currently and you have to. The hotel is more of a motel in a very rough area so as a single girl traveling alone I was very uncomfortable. You don’t see that on the site where the pictures are beautiful. Also the room had stains all over the floor, a broken lower part of the window, and people can virtually see into your room no matter where you are. There is no A/C an you’re encouraged to “sleep with the window slays open”. Nah, I’m good. It’s okay for $80 a night but definitely not for the $160 I paid. I immediately switched hotels upon arrival. The neon light in the room is cool, though.

Cute little oasis
Super cute spot. We were barely there long enough to experience any amenities but we would definitely stay again.

Cool spot but noisy
The hotel was ok, the room was nice, and the staff was very nice. The room opens up to a courtyard with a pool and restaurant, which makes your room noisy. There is no a/c so in the summer you have to sleep with your windows open, and the noise goes until 10:30 pm. Cool place, just not great for getting a good rest. If you’re looking to party, this is your place.

Oasis in SF

Little paradise
The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. The room was nicely decorated. The bed and pillows are super confortable. If they can share where they purchas their pillows, i would love to buy 2 🙈. The shower needs work, nothing big but that would improve the water flow in the shower head. The plumber is needed in room 50. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The drinks were very tasty. Great music playing during the day. The location is also good except for current event within the city but thats another story. Overall my partner and I had a great time in this hotel.

Great! Clean rooms, helpful staff. Sad that coffee doesn’t start until 7:30. Neighborhood is sketchy, but hotel property is secure.

Never again.
I wanted to really like this place. But... I stayed here Friday night had some guest over to come swim in the pool. First I was told that my guest couldn’t be past 10 then they change again the time 12midnight. Then finally I was told 2am they can stay but are not allowed to sleep the night. My guest and I had some drinks there is no way I would have send them like that home. But yes they made me or they threatened to call the police.
