It was very cool having a room with a view of the river, mountains, bridges, and town AND it was less than a 5 minute walk to the train. Close to downtown and amenities. Older building, but well taken care of.
The location was great! The room was also nice and had a great view of the water. The parking was okay as sometimes there were no spots available but it was convenient and secure underground.
Great place, very close to town centre. Super quick sky train ride to downtown. Perfect place
The bed was very comfortable. The room had a great view. A microwave would have been an added bonus. It was nice to have a little fridge.
Hotel needs better signage for drivers. Had to consult multiple sources to find how to get to hotel once on the Quay. Lack of signage/directions made for stressful start.
The view was fantastic! Our room had all the amenities that you normally only find in very expensive hotels-it even had bath robes! One very useful amenity was the nice personal mirror. We liked sitting on the balcony when it wasn’t raining. It was very quiet, with little hallway noise and we never heard anything through the walls. (Most hotels, you do!). The staff was friendly, responsive and unobtrusive. Since the hotel sat right next to the River Market, finding a nice meal or snack was easy. If we get back this way again, we’ll DEFINITELY stay here again!
It was easy to find & the parking was covered, however we had to pay extra for the parking $11 per night, which was not included to what was originally stated in Expedia. They also didn’t have cameras at the garage, they stole my hunter boots from our truck & they also attempted to take my husband’s yeti cooler but they didn’t know how to open the truck bed cover & we parked reversed to where they couldn’t get in between the wall & the truck to pull the yeti cooler. It was partly our fault for not locking our truck bed. So this was a lesson for us to always lock the bed & not trust any place no matter how good it looks. Otherwise the place was clean & new. My family & I enjoyed the room & have nothing bad to say about the rooms.
We always stay at this hotel on our family visits to Vancouver and are always thrilled with the amenities and service, great views and nice bathrobes too.
Parking is costly and room is too hot and the vent wont shut off so its loud at night
Very old construction around the area didn’t feel safe.
