We stayed here twice during out visit for a family wedding in Delhi. The hotel was very comfortable, kind and attentive customer service throughout. Everybody is very helpful. Transfer to the airport was smooth and timely. We ate in three of the restaurants and can recommend all of them highly. Overall excellent experience.

The room was very cold I had to ask for a heater. The breakfast room is very stressful.
You have to wait 20 min to be seated even though many tables are empty of people but the staff don’t have the time to clear the tables.
Don’t order food by the staff much better just go and pick what you want

A fantastic experience! The quality of both breakfast and lunch was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and efficient, helping with shipping and calling taxis. The room was comfortable, clean, well-insulated, and quiet, with an elegant view from the window. Highly recommended!
