The dramaaaaa

We have stayed here several times as we travel a lot- we stayed an extra day employees are nice but anytime we asked for anything for towels new bedding it never came we literally had to go to the lobby to ask for it. They also said they clean the rooms every other day but if we wanted it cleaned to ask and they will do it we called and asked so we took all the sheets off our bed and towels to make it a little easier came back it was exactly the same . When we called to ask the gentleman that answered kept saying we don’t do that ? So then 3 hours passed no Sheets no nothing someone called back to ask what we needed and another hour passed that’s when we decided to go down to The lobby. Seems like there is really bad communication going on or they just don’t care which is really sad cause we like the place. The pool is heated which is a nice but the hot tub was drained out and it was my boyfriends bday on of the reasons he wanted to stay there was for the hot tub
