I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with an excellent check-in experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the receptionist who handled my check-in. I will 100% stay here when I come back. The palace is CLEAN, QUIET, and BEAUTIFUL. The entire hotel was architecturally beautiful and clean. I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman. The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing. With the hotel being on the West Bank, there is little noise at night meaning you can hear all the sounds the Nile has to offer. Absolutely wonderful hotel - one of the best I’ve stayed at around the world.

Excellent hotel, relaxing, brilliant staff and beautiful. Great boat service to East side and they can organise all transport to sights. Easy. Only negative (for me) was its a dry hotel (no alcohol served), as a beer at the end of a day sightseeing by the pool would have been nice.

Fabulously designed and appointed, clean and spacious room with balcony. Friendly, helpful staff ready and willing to help with anything. Our knowledgeable and welcoming hostess was exeptional. This was our best hotel on our three week trip. The staff are very very helpful, kind and very tentative. It is located directly on the Nile river and there is a boat that takes you back and forth the sites. The rooms are wonderful and unique and we would have enjoyed staying longer.
